BP family,

I am working with a representative from KB bank who is looking for high end office buildings anywhere in the U.S. The price range is $250Million and up. Buyer will pay the points if they move forward. The person has to be direct with the sellers rep who can get the rep on the phone when needed. No large daisy chains. If you have to go through 5-10 people no thank you. They will know once a SFA is signed. Bring what you have.

Thanks,

Raheem

BP,

I did a walk through of a potential property this morning. The comps from our realtor and the tax assessors office show the property as having 2.5 bathrooms. During the walk through we found that the property actually has 3.5 bathrooms. How do find out if the property had a legal permit to build an extra full bathroom?

@Patrick Jacques Just found out about this link to help you see if the original owner still owns the property. Good Luck!

@Gerald Harris Thanks for this link!! My husband has found over 40 vacant properties in our area and 23 of them had owners name on the (not REO's). I am excited to pursue these. I will pass this link on to others.

@Rick Baggenstoss I totally understand and the fact that its my first deal I am happier that I am doing my research and getting input, than being disappointed its not a good deal. I have been learning how to do do a better accurate look at comps with this deal also. Thank you so very much for your input!

@Tom Yung Thank you for your input.

@Bill Gulley The ones that were sold aren't as relative as I thought. I have since learned a better way to do my comps. The location is Lithonia and everyone  speak with has a bad taste in their mouth about the area.
