Hello everyone!! First post in a long time on the BP Boards!

I am in need of some highly rated RE Brokers/Agents in the Atlanta / Alpharetta / Marietta areas! Does anyone have any recommendations??

Looking for someone familiar with those communities that is looking to do a lot of work in the next 12 months!

Cheers!

Hey everyone!

I am a 25 year old living in SoCal - working full time. In September of 2016 I decided I didn't want to work for someone else forever, so I started saving up roughly 2000 a month to work towards my first real estate purchase! I am currently sitting at about 9300 (because life still happens) and I am working on getting educated in real estate so that I can make my "work for yourself" dream come true.

I am currently catching up on the podcast (focusing on ones that pertain to me or catch my eye) and I am reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Any other suggestions for education?

Any suggestions for where to look in California? (LA is a bit out of my price range :P)

Thanks for being such an amazing community- I just got started and I feel supported already!
