Go for it, I have used white and grey a few times and my new rehab is coming with one too. Make sure you have a neutral background to bring it out. Good luck 

Thanks, we came to agreement that 60-days notice and 1-month fee, also rent has jump to $2300 in the area and she's paying $1900 now but she's always on time with her rent payment, she's a property manager as well and takes very good care of the property. Thanks all for this wonderful course.

Hey all, I have a tenant who want to know her options for terminating the lease because she might be getting a job transfer soon. I know there is a 3 month notice but is there a 3 month payment up front. She has 2 years contract? but rent is now higher than she is paying now. thanks
