Hi, I have a roof that need to be change, but any time i request for an estimate they come back and give me options. They said i have one layer and i add another layer to it, do any body recommend this. It's a rental. Thanks

Buying my first 4unit building and want to have an idea about inspection prices. It comes with 3 tenants, wanted to know if we have the right to inspect all units before purchasing. 

used Zillow rentals to pre-market it and it's free. What a great way to find tenants.
