I hear a lot of people out there saying "investing isn't a hobby". I hate to say "I don't have the time to invest" because I know there are people far busier than me who invest, and I know everyone gets 24 hours in a day. Right now my priorities have my family and full-time job ranking pretty high. Wondering if anyone out there (I'm in Phoenix, AZ -Ahwatukee) had any advice on starting out pretty slowly. I have the added advantage of also holding an active real estate license that I don't actually use for much that i could possibly put to good use. I'm just trying to brainstorm a little to get something going. Thanks in advance for any tips/suggestions.

Hi,
My name is Felipe, I'm new to BiggerPockets from Phoenix, AZ. I've held a real estate license since 2008 and haven't used it for much at all. I hope to put it to good use all while learning as much about the investing side as I can. I have a full-time, completey unrelated to real estate, job that takes up my mornings and two little daughters that take up a lot of my evening.
Buy, fix, & hold seems to be the most attractive type of investing to me right now, but then again I'm pretty new.
