Hello everyone. I come across an opportunity to purchase 16 units in Beaumont Texas. Any thought on the area? Does anyone has multi units experience in Beaumont Texas ? What is the typical rent for 2 bed 1 bath? Can you guys refer me to insurance broker and property management in the area ? Thank you in advance .

Jeff Chapz did you end up buying rental property in Beaumont ? If yes, can you share your experience? I am looking at 2 bed 1 bath unit currently near oak historic district . Was rod that rent can be $1000 per month for 1000 sqft 3 beds 1 bath. Thanks

I am interested to purchase Multifamily in Columbus and Cincinnati Ohio (quad and up). I am from CA and will need recommendation for reputable property management company as well. Any recommendations of sub market in these 2 cities  ? Will appreciate any input from other investors who have bought deals in these 2 cities. 🙏🏼 .
