- Do you instantly jump into the eviction process? ( Late More than once, they have also passed the 10 day period of grace )

Is it landlord friendly state?

- Looking to purchase properties in PA off of public AUCTIONS and such

- Has anyone ever purchased through the auctions? Have you gotten a really good deal?

Just finished watching a VICE documentary on ARKANSAS. The topic was: Arkansas, “The Worst Place To Be A Tenant, Best place to be a landlord”

- Arkansas, Landlords can do 10 day Evictions and Retain Their properties back with little to no hassle

-Tenants can go to jail or be fined if not gone by 11th day.....

-Landlords are also not held accountable for major repairs and can take as much time as they would want.

- Do you invest in Arkansas?

- Do you have friends that invest in Arkansas?
