Dennis, I love talking with you because we think alike

But could this pass as illegal or discriminatory, judging from their social media?

Depends, What property management service do you work for?

Or did you start your own?

Either way, best of luck and i am sure you service your clients well..

Hey Ashley!

i was interested in wondering if you are a native of PITTSBURGH... Or an out of state investor?

-Sometimes The traditional Property management companies charge very unfair fees and this can kill an investment property. Carefully vet them and learn from other local investors. I recommend Just going with a Separate branch, an entrepreneur who started his own management firm.

Yep it states the 30 days

I just didn’t give them the written notices at all, going off a verbal.

We will see how it plays out

@Matt P.

“He who asks is a fool for five minutes, but he who does not ask remains a fool forever.”

Sorry if it is coming off as Dumb or silly but I mainly ask questions to LEARN and engage with the community of investors

My statement was playful, yes I would contact lawyer if I needed one. However, I do not feel as if I would need a lawyer.

Why spend money and lose money when you don’t have to? That doesn’t make much sense
