Urban? Class B?

@Ben Smalley

Beyond happy you broke your response down like

This

Very easy to learn and understand

- I am against the itemized damages as many of my expenses are my TIME... yes it’s the 800.00 I’m spending but now I will be missing out on getting a tenant in next month, as I have to clean things up.

Do you own properties in urban areas?!!?

@Theresa Harris

Decent response.

What areas do you own in? Class A,B or C?

Also, most likely wouldn’t provide the itemized list as I will be doing a lot of sweat equity and showing the house to get it rented again

@Alex S.

Are you a private landlord or do you work for a company?

But thanks for the response, most likely wouldn’t provide an expense sheet ever, as I will be spending Hours and Hours of my time to fix the place up. She basically is stealing my time from me. Lol

@Joshua Standing Cloud

Yes, so in summary. You can’t breach this contact? It’s unethical and it’s punishable in court

@Maserall Marcelin

Yes of course, we are using him for this home we put an offer in on.

Once it is a done deal, we will most likely move on to a more experienced agent

We don’t want to be unethical or break laws during this whole multiple agent scenarios

@Cassi Justiz

Okay because my intentions really are, “ I’m looking for agents who can show me the property right away and put the offers in “

Basically, me and my partner don’t like to commit to one agent long term because then we are screwed going on HIS TIME. We work on OUR TIME. ( I promise we aren’t jerks ) lol. Thanks for the response

Post: Are you part time or full time investor?!?

- Are you part time or full time in your land-lording business....?

- If part time, why? Is it due to the fact you only own a few homes?

- if full time, why are you full time, how many homes do you operate?

Thanks for all feedback! Excited to hear responses, my friend asked me “ why don’t you do it full time and drop out of college, your 21, you can just go do that! “

my response was simply, “ I want to pursue other dreams with my college education and also, you need about 25-50 homes to truly be Full time... “

My qualifications are...

Income 3x rent

No evictions

No Felonies

No serious derogatory items on credit

 Thank you for replying! This is your C CLASS property Qualifications.. Correct?  Has this been very successful for you?
