Lease term of tenants? rent rolls?

I am sorry but I did not get any response after that email where I attached my proof of funds and the offer.

It is normal to expect that someone will response to that last email if you are very busy. 

I get bombarded with his properties for sale but when I chose one quadruplex and sent my POF and offer, I did not get any response at all. It is a waste of my time.
