I have to see the BP GOAT leave but Im glad for Brandon.

I have built up some equity in a 1997 Double Wide investment that I rent. I want to cash out-refi so that I can buy my next deal. This is on a permanent foundation. This wont work on a Conventional loan.

Who is financing these right now? Who are you using for this?

@Roger Poulin Yes some small local banks will lend on properties without Quiet Title. I have done this myself.

@darellamotley Have you had success with usprobateleads.com? It seems a bit pricey but would be worth it if the leads are strong.

My name is Justin Kennedy and I have been on BP for a few months now. I live in Knoxville TN but am also familiar with other surrounding East Tennessee areas such as Chattanooga, Kingsport, and Johnson City.

I am still relatively new but in the past year or so I have have been working on 1. Tax Auctions and 2. Wholesale deals. I am working to build my portfolio and network. Im just starting to learn but I am as anxious as anyone and would like to start growing my connections.
