Hello fellow Real Estate Professionals,

I just passed my brokers exams in Colorado, and am now searching for a Brokerage to hang my license. I am especially interested in working with a brokerage that specializes in investment, income generating properties. I just finished my first massive "house hack" where I converted a 500 Sq.Ft property on a corner lot into a positive cash flow triplex, and I'm looking to repeat my success. I have a couple of investors that are interested in following what I did and invest in the Denver area.

Any direction on a Brokerage would be greatly appreciated. My main goal is to learn as much as possible about this fascinating world of real estate investment and realize financial and personal freedom.

Hello Fellow Real Estate Investors! I just passed my licensing exams in Denver, Colorado. I am now starting the process of looking for a Employing  Broker to hang my license under. I really want to specialize and focus on investment properties with positive cash flow potential. I would like to learn anything and everything that I can from this Brokeager. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations to help point me in a good direction? Any info or support would be greatly appreciated!
