Wanted to let everyone know that I gave my wife's check to her. Such a wasted opportunity but I've got my health lol. Money can be made but not with a knife sticking out of your back...

I can't believe this is as simple as going into my bank and asking so what's the best way to find bank properties?

Just opened the mail and saw my wife's 401K check for $150K that she's going to roll over into something or another. Any suggestions on how I can double her money before I give her the check? 

Of course she'd divorce me if not kill me in my sleep but it's so tempting to "borrow" some of it. Use it or lose it, right!

You're in the Philippines? If so, very nice. I love Asia. Lived over there for about 15 years and this is one reason I'm in real estate - to go back.

@Andrew Johnson I couldn't agree more. Right now I'm focusing more on #2/finding financial partners as while I have excellent credit, I have no income unfortunately coming from a stay at home background the last few years.
