Hi BP brothers and sisters,

Total newbie here... to taking action. Finally. After years of education accumulating in my house and garage.

It's been 2 months now...loving the action.

Got my first property under contract. So exciting...and scary. Hoping to wholesale it.

My "niche" if you can call it that (mine I mean) is multifamily, small apartments, typically 5-50 units.

But I really want to get into 100-200 units...to reach my goals faster.

Actually, I just want to own a few hundred units so I guess it does not have to be one large building.

It's pretty simple - I only need partners, mentors, money. I know it will come.

Take a look at my profile if you have a minute.

I'd love to work with any of you and help if I can. I'm a big believer in win-win.

Unbelievable that I'm posting all this here. I've never even taken a selfie lol.

I'm so out of my comfort zone...

@Percy N. The REIA groups have been lazy with their meetings in my area. Still summer I guess. Trying hard to network with everyone I can.

@Todd Dexheimer Down the road as I meet more people and my network grows, I think that will be much easier. Just have not found them yet but I like the idea. Thanks.

@Percy N. I'm pretty confident in my deal analysis and recognizing a good deal. My issue at the moment is the financial side, unsure how/where to meet those kinds of partners, etc.

The bigger deals I'm getting are in AL or GA.

@Todd DexheimerThanks but my funds are definitely not there yet. Looking for partners.

@Mario Brown Thanks. I'm pretty sure that I learn better by reading rather than by watching/listening for some reason but I'll try both.

Hi all,

I'm fairly new to MF/small apartments and have typically focused on smaller deals, 50 units or less. Recently however, I've been introduced to some much larger deals (100, 160...). I've been told that I may have trouble getting funding since I don't have experience with that size property. Any suggestions on how I should proceed to be successful in the future?

Also, I can see that BP is a great resource that I will eventually learn all about (just signed up today) but right now I'm more focused on Action (eating my elephant one bite at a time!) with the Education being ongoing of course. That being said, what are your favorite things about BP that I should definitely check out?

Frank
