Hey friends at BP!
Anyone know where I would be able to find out if 3 bedroom SF homes attract more tenant/buyers than 4 bedroom SFR’s in Port Saint Lucie Florida? I am interested in Lease options. Any reliable sources where I might be able to find this information would be great! Thank you =]

Greetings all!
I’ve been studying mostly on BiggerPockets, BP books, BP audiobooks, and other areas of study involving RE, strategies, and mindset. I also actively practice on analyzing dozens of deals in Florida and San Diego, and have been for about two months. My wife and I currently live in San Diego, although I am currently deployed overseas. I don’t get much time, but the down time I am allotted, I take full advantage of regardless of how tired I may be. Therefore, these necessary preparation actions that I have taken are starting to pay off in my confidence and knowledge base. I am ready to start gaining real experience and am currently analyzing deals in the Port Saint Lucie and Orlando area. Looking forward to communicating with many of you in the future and growing to someday be the one to help others with my experiences. Thanks!
