I offered 30k over the listing price of a hud home and had the winning bid. Will they let me know the bids below mine?

Did you end up acquiring this rental property? If so, did you end up installing central air or some other type of heat source?

My tenant is currently using infrared space heaters for his heat source but is concerned electric bill will be too expensive to afford. What are some safe cost efficient alternatives for heat?
