all the appraisers on all my commercial deals are working, including my own refi. Probably have over a dozen deals moving forward right now with no issues all commercial

at the end of the day it's all About making money but I prefer singles. I have two other business to run. I find just like you the tenants stay longer and I deal with less nonsense calls and maint issues than I did from my multi family. People say it's slower to scale but I've been able to scale fairly well because of how easy they are to manage. My target tenant is also a sec 8 tenant and so I don't have to spend alot of time chasing rents either. 

Took the same approach and it has also worked out well
