Does it really matter? LoL. It's another stream of income that requires very little time. I get paid every month and while I am sleeping. Anything that pays me while I am sleeping is passive to me.

I keep everything to myself. Goals are important and they are personal. Action speaks louder than words.  Some people talk and some just do.

You have to look at your current finances, skill level, goals, current market condition, and age.  Then you can decide what is the best for yourself. I think you need a combination of being conservative and aggressive.  You just have to know when to be either one.

Example: If you are younger you can be more aggressive. After a Bear Market. Aggressive.

I think the person really needs to define what "Hard" is.  I see so many times people say I worked so hard today blah blah. I look at it and I am like really?  You didn't do crap.  It's not just about hard work to get to a million+.  I see so many people break their backs working 12-14hr days but they are not at a million and never will be.

You need hard work, some street smarts, perseverance, some luck, block out distractions, right industry job business, and most important willing to get out of your own way and take a risk and go for it!

Makes no sense for a lender to lend this. Smells Fishy.  How did 100% finance NO Income work out the last time?

Love or Hate the design of the truck it is very polarizing and it did exactly what they wanted. Get people talking about it.  The haters will say it doesn't look like the Ford F-150. Why would they build a truck to look like that when they are trying to defeat it? Chevy, Dodge, Nissan etc can't beat the F-150.

The specs on it and range is pretty amazing. Price point for what you get. Man that's hard to beat.  I am not truck person nor do I like the design but if I had to buy a truck I would get this.

If you want to be rich follow the habits and listen to rich people want an average life follow the habits and listen to the average person. It can be just as simple as that. Then you decide what life you want.  It's your life go get what you want and deserve. Family will love you regardless.
