@Logan Heydt - Fall River MA. Located on the SouthCoast just an hour south of Boston. Great place to invest in multi units. Soon to be linked via commuter rail line directly to Boston by 2023.

I would recommend the Greater Fall River area.
It is within easy quick reach of Providence, Boston, Newport and The Cape. With commuter rail service planned to arrive in a couple of years this area is prime to grow. Currently their is a high demand for rental apts with low inventory.
Feel free to contact me to discuss further.
