@Laurent Fontaine  Typically you can not get conventional financing for an llc.  Are you trying to buy an investment property to keep or a fix and flip loan?

@Aya Caliva You canonly have one VA loan and it must be owner occupied. If you move loan must be paid off before you get another VA loan.

@Jeffrey Douglas Commercial rentals need to be owned in an llc or corporation.  Down payment is typically 20 25%.  The next step is running the numbers to see if it cash flows.  Good luck.

@Christopher Orr Next time think about about fix and flip loan. Main criteria is you need an llc, typically 80 - 90% loan for purchase, 100 rehab, and ARV needs to be below 75% ltv. Hope that helps. Good luck.

@John Williams In answer to your questions only 30 days seasoning is required, typically you can get cash out from 75 -80% LTV. You usually need property in an LLC, has to be non owner occupied, fees and closing costs vary by lender. A lot of time of time a 30 year fixed rate loan with no balloon is available.
