Sorry, but you are going to be way down on the list of any successful broker. There are always new folks who want to get a lead. The successful brokers are going to call the people who have made them money in the past. You might have better luck hooking up with a new and aggressive realtor in your area. Good luck.

We have gotten LLC cards through Capital One's small business program and have been happy with the results. Good luck.

We always use multiple lenders. Have seen too many examples of what can happen when your primary lender is acquired, gets a new President, changes its business model, etc. Good luck.

I wish our last one had been sequestered. Sometimes, by the time you get to the closing table, you really don't want to look at the other party. If they have been really difficult to deal with (or worse) you would just as soon sign, get your keys, and leave.
