Kinda new to forums, i posted a reply in someone elses welcome instead of a new topic, sorry bout that, with that said....
Hey everybody, my name is Frank from new york (queens to be exact), ive been checking out the forum for a while now and finally decided to take the plunge....
I was a real estate agent for a while (not any more), and bought my first investment property in Florida with two of my friends about two years ago. (But make no mistakes i consider myself a newbie to the game of real estate) Currently i've have just been doing the corporate america thing, but i really want to start building my real estate portfolio and investing experience now.
Im not sure weather i want to do be a land lord yet, or just get my feet wet with rehabs, and flips, any suggestions?
I guess that sums it up, dont want to write a novel for you guys, but this is a great forum and i believe it will be a good resource for me starting out. Thanks guys
