Hi @Mike Walker. My LLC has it under contract right now. We close in the next month or so. We've purchased it at a pretty good discount base on comps for the area. Looking at a strategy to pull cash out of the property eventually. Why do you ask?

I'm hearing, from the currently, owner that they appraised it at $35k higher than what we're purchasing it for based on the income it's currently producing.

Thanks,

Todd

Thank you, @Pratik P. I appreciate the offer. That's very kind of of you.

Those duplexes aren't in our inventory any longer, but I'm sure there will be more in the future.

Thanks again,

Todd

Hi @Aaron Hale Yes, it is. The tenants have been there for 8 and 10 years a piece. They understand they are long overdue for a rent increase. I’ll send it over. Thanks, Todd
