John Chin,

I did apply. However, I didn't have access to unlimited funds or great credit to be accepted. That was all they were looking for. I truly feel like the entire three day course was built around selling the Mastery program. I had an issue a few years ago with identity theft in South Dakota. Someone used my info to get several school loan checks. Needless to say, it destroyed my credit. Once I disclosed this information in my "interview" for Mastery, I felt completely shunned and even had my interviewer turn his back to me when I was approaching to ask for advice. I was extremely angered by this.

Im just really getting started with investing. When I do something, I want to do it right. No exceptions. I want to properly learn the systems to success in real estate investing. Im looking to flip two or three houses at first then move into obtaining rental properties. I have numerous questions as to the first few steps to getting this new venture off the ground flawlessly. I recently attended a Fortune Builders three day course. I picked up a good bit of new information but they left a lot of things hidden and if you didnt have unlimited funds and/or good credit, they didnt want anything to do with you. Im looking to find out if there are any known lenders that are willing to work with starters? Also, is it absolutely necessary to have an LLC set up to get a loan or could I include the cost/fees of that in my first loan then the second loan I will have it set up?

Ill keep the questions to a minimum until I get a full grasp on how this forum thing works.

thanks

Im not sure how this forum thing works completely. Im looking to get some answers for numerous questions to getting started properly with real estate investing. Ill throw one out there to get a feel on how this works...

Q: Are there money lenders out there that will fund a first time flip without currently having an LLC. company?

Im new to the whole house flipping deal. Ive been interested in real estate investing for quite some time. Its kind of scary to dive into something as risky as this aspect of real estate.Ive been renovating properties for someone else to become wealthy for about 17 years. I ask questions all the time, but no one wants to create competition. I greatly appreciate any information, tips or guidance in advance.
