Until the new policies are laid out Im very concerned as an owner because again the inquiry traffic, control over bookings and collecting of payments is being further high jacked leaving the owner with less organic control over the business. I don't want an Uber/AirBnB mashup wrapped up in an online monopoly sucking up the markets and dictating how it will work on their terms. The reality is a your property is really now their virtual property unless you want to be shut out by going it alone to compete. Better have a $1,000.00 a month for google adwords.

As an owner for the past 7 yrs using all the previous vacation sites available the writing was on wall seeing the changes made in recent years. It wasn't perfect but it catered to and worked for the niche with owner interaction. This was an investment bank strategy of consolidating the other sites to create a great exit event payout leveraged by a trend that is still evolving. The sharing economy takes another step onward for those who will continue to grow with or stay home without it.

Here are few exterior photos with some off the cuff add value ideas.

Dormers could be added to the front roof line increasing bedroom space. Add a skylight in the enclosed breeze way and bring forward the recessed 2nd entry door wall or bump out around (interior built in cabinets) for more sqft, build out a personal office/loft in the garage attic.

Extending the rear dormer over the breeze way may work with transom windows on the front street side elevation over the existing breezeway ridge line to match main roof lines creating a master bedroom suit. It could tie into the garage attic as well.  Obviously the numbers have to work along with existing MEPs.

This is the first posting of any type for the property

This is a neighbors house I walked the other day. 3 bedroom, 2 full baths upstairs, .5 bath first floor, full bath basement, 2 car garage. Built in 1972 so needs kitchen and bath updates. Finished basement with tons of space. Some exterior trim and siding repair needed. Interior cosmetic and opening a wall between living/dinning room type of improvements. Nice brick fireplace and level yard. Great location just blocks from Davis Grade School and directly across from Gevena High School Athletic field campus. Open to playing a role if mutually beneficial.

Good luck fellow BP members.

Consider asking to be added as additional insured to the other owners' liability insurance.

@Andrew Fidler  also check to see if there is a "Dominant" and "Subordinate" description to the easement between the parcels or any "exclusive or nonexclusive" use as future control or access can potentially be lost during a sale and break up of parcels.
