I just think it is unfair to try and take deals that aren't really yours to take. Getting it off the mls that's easy what work did you really have to do in order to earn your profit. If that is really how it worked all of us would do just that.

Had two wholesalers market the same property to me and this morning I was on redfin and came across the same exact property for a difference in listing price of about 20,000, and it had an MLS#. From what I read its not right to wholesale a property off the MLS. I think this makes it harder for wholesalers who do the work and effort to find properties to work and get a bad rep.

Welcome Quincy I hope everything works out for you. I'm also committing myself to taking the plunge after studying up and trying to cram as much knowledge into my head all in one year. So good luck and best wishes.

Is there anyone doing fix/flips in Norwalk, Downey, Pico Rivera, Whittier, Santa Fe Springs areas. I would love to know how the market there is doing.

@Danielle Jones thank you and if you don't mind me asking what sort of questions did they ask you? And how fast were you able to close?

@Jeremy Tillotson thanks and I have researched them and they seem legit and willing to to work with people who come to them. I just wanted to get someone else point of view on them as well. It doesn't hurt to know how others see things.

Has anyone on here gotten a loan or visited a site called dohardmoney.com? Just wondering if they are legit and about others experience with them.
