@Scott Meyers My wife and I attended your seminar in Indianapolis 2 years ago and that's what got us looking at self storage.  We have put offers on two facilities, but nothing has come through yet.  Take care!

I was fortunate enough to see Darren in person last month.  He spoke about the book and gave a brief overview of the entrepreneur rollercoaster.  It's on my wish list :)

I like precious metals. Gold has always been a great hedge, but consider silver too.  Although silver is more volatile than gold,  it is also less expensive to get involved.  One troy ounce bullion coins are best. Feel free to PM me if you'd like more information :)

Hello BP colleagues,

     I want to introduce myself, and connect with others in my geographical area, and niche area. My wife and I live and invest in Mansfield, Ohio.  Our real estate investment niches are mobile home parks and self storage.  We also deal in single family and duplexes.
