Property needs is cosmetic upgrades. The tenants are not the cleanest and the house has amazing potential. The bedrooms are a great size and the kitchen is in good shape. The rehab will consist of baths, kitchen, flooring, and paint. If they want to be safe then replace the roof but it wasn't in bad shape. HVAC looks and feels great!
