If you are a hard money agent or lending company, this is not for you.

If you are a private investor who would like to JV in ground up, home

development of existing lots, please send me a DM.

We have access to lots starting at $120,000, where we will build homes

We would like to partner with individuals who have liquid capital and

would want to be passive investors.

We will do EVERYTHING, and split the profits of each individual LLC.

for every house we build, with you. Our system allows us to complete a project

in half the time.

If you are interested, text BP LEND to (619)249-5934 or send me a DM.

Thank you, there's great profit to be made, here.

Post: Help Me Find the Sellers/Owners

Hi guys, I just have some detail of what we've been doing and a quick question.

I started wholesaling two years ago and got my first deal in about a month, after learning what to do, from a motivated seller on craigslist.

I've haven't had much success for about a year and the only obstacle I am having is finding accurate seller contact information.

Yes, I have access to their mailing addresses and tax information, and have tried skip traces, only to get disconnected phone numbers and emails that won't respond.

There must be another way of getting a property owner's current and actual information (email or phone number).

How have you guys been successful contacting the sellers, other than through direct mail?

Thank you.

I attended his 3-day bootcamp here in San Diego a few months back and though I did not pay the money (I was invited as a guest by someone that did) I would have gladly paid the money. At the bootcamp, you'll learn how to analyze large apartment deals, and so much more. I believe it's worth it.

We had 300 lots available, 200 of them have been sold.

There's 100 Lots left for $20,000 each.

These are in Texas, where we plan on developing them, with a new building process

that will cut expenses drastically.

If you would like to invest with us to purchase some of these lots, please contact me

ASAP.

The first 200 lots, sold very quickly. We need to move fast!
