Hi @Anthony Roberts, please check your inbox! I just sent over a connection request. We are one of the largest property management companies here in Cleveland; with 2400+ doors, 17+ years in business, a strong departmentalized staff of 60+, in-house sales team(one-stop-shop!), etc. I truly look forward to connecting!

Hi @Robert Zajac, welcome to BP! Cleveland is an excellent market to get started, and you definitely want to establish your 'boots on the ground' here before diving in - an experienced property management company is a great place to start (Bonus if they have a sales team attached - making it a one-stop-shop!). I've lived in Cleveland my entire life and I would be happy to share my knowledge of the market, and link you with our sales team.

@Keren Mayorov Garfield Heights and Euclid are definitely great areas to focus. You may want to add Old Brooklyn to your list as well - very hot area right now for appreciation & cash flow. Establishing your team here in Cleveland is essential to success and a smooth start-up - especially a team with experience and expertise. Would be happy to connect you with a seasoned PM and sales team(one-stop-shop!)

Hi @Jagpreet Singh, our Ohio market is on fire and an excellent area to focus! Cleveland specifically for cash-flowing properties. Our team works primarily with OOS investors with an average 700 deals/year, and 2400+ doors on the management side. Establishing relationships with seasoned, established, 'key players' is definitely the first step towards success!

Quote from @Michael Smythe:

Google Reviews are mostly from nonpaying tenants upset they are being evicted. Many use maintenance excuses to justify nonpayment.

Hi @Staci Novelli, going to piggy-back off of Michael here - he is absolutely correct! 95% (if not more) of tenant reviews are from un-happy tenants, and 9 times out of ten, non-paying tenants, who are upset with standard consequences. It is extremely important to develop a strong relationship with an established & experienced local PM on the ground.

Hi @Theresa Hansen! I am a local Cleveland agent (born & raised) & work with one of the top PM's here. Establishing your team is crucial to a smooth start in this market. Definitely be sure to properly vet your PM - asking the right questions - experience? # doors? Staff-size? Dedicated point-of-contact? Etc. Client reviews/referrals are important!

Hi @Mavely Pazmino, We would be happy to help! We are a prominent Cleveland PM with around 2400+ doors - roughly 8% being Section 8/voucher tenants. 100 doors alone in the 44102 area code. 17+ years in business - we have the solidified relationships within Cleveland that are needed to manage these tenants, as well as 'boot's on the ground' to make sure inspections are passed, etc. I look forward to connecting with you!

Hi @Karan Shergill, we are one of the largest Property Management companies here in Cleveland. With 2400+ doors, 17+ years in business, a departmentalized large staff-size (60+), & extremely attractive Guarantees - mixed with great long-term Client reviews. Not to mention, we have an in-house sales team (roughly 700+ transactions/year, investor-focused) - making us a one-stop-shop! I just sent over a private message, and I look forward to connecting with you!

Hi @Alex Schollaert, going to piggy-back off of Nathan^, 90% of the time tenant's are going to  post 'reviews' when they are un-happy vs. happy. Pay more attention to the client/investor reviews with extra depth/more experience. Having an established, experienced, local, full-service PM with a departmentalized staff is my first recommendation!
