@Cody L.
There’s plenty of good deals on property around my area in New Orleans, and i also bring a great deal to the table in sense of all I’m lacking is capital/cash bc i have a full plan/team in place and will carry the load and manage the project myself. And a fair partnership.

Thank you again Anthony for a quick and informational response.
I’m guessing i should start searching for property management gigs and/or build a resume by getting some work done.
My grandfather has a 50x100 lot with a 900sqft home on it, that’s been abandoned for years now.
Maybe i should start on that project first to get my resume built for an investors liking. I’m still in the process of trying to figure out if it’s worth renovating or if it’s a complete teardown.
As far as finding an investors/capital partner it feels like that’s hard to come by or I’m just not looking in the right places. Any advice on that?

You the man joe!
Thank you so so much for giving me such good advice.
I guess what I’m lacking is finding the capital partner I’f i were to take the partnership gig.
If i decide wholesaling where do i even begin???
I’m sorry for all the questions ahead of time. But i want to put my all into this. Full time flipper.

Thank you so so much for the informational guide.
I guess the lacking question i have is, where to find the right investor or capital partner? Also, if I’m a newbie, how do i go about getting a track record/rapport?

Hi guys,
I’m new to the real estate market.
I’m in New Orleans Louisiana, and i would love to get information regarding shipping container; homes, add ons, back yard patios, man caves, air bnb rentals etc.
I’d like to start with add ons, then venture to custom build homes with shipping containers with hopes of growing even further.
