How would you suggest to go about finding the right attorney and escrow agent?

@Cameron Tope

I’m doing single family flips in Metairie, Louisiana.

I have my eyes on a few amazing deals, but not a solid and complete team.

Just contractors and real estate agents so far.

Im going to be my own property manager, and this will be my first flip ever done.

I’m currently doing the renovations on my fathers house, and he has another property owned free and clear, (900 sqft, 2 bed 1 bath) but in my honest opinion it’s a tear down, but I’d like to get some advice on that route as well.

@Jeremy Taggart

Thank you so much Jeremy!

I guess my biggest challenge is finding other investors, people willing to give a helping hand. New Orleans, Louisiana seems to have very closed minded people.

When getting started, other than a contractor / RE agent, who’s the next most important team member needing to be added?

I’m a bit confused on how to get a seller financing gig.

I am trying to take the “no money” approach since I’m lacking the funds, but have found 2 great deals where the owner wants to sell himself, and needs some slight cosmetic upgrades. They are asking a bit high for the property in my opinion, but would be totally cool with the asking price if i could do seller financing. How to approach SF, and how to execute?

I have a couple really good deals in my hands, but looking for the right execution strategy.
