I am new to the Sacramento market as well. I initially planned on marketing myself with a similar campaign as you until I picked up my first two properties from wholesalers. With that being said please add me to your buyers list when you do close your first deal. My partner and I will consider any size deal in and around the Sacramento area if the numbers are right.
