@Brandon Turner Thanks for the welcome. I've been slow catching up on the pod casts, I have already watched all the youtube vids, is there a reason you don't video tape the pod casts and post them to youtube? Maybe thats wise, copyright issues. 

Have already set up some keywords, but "powell" would be a better choice, more precise anyway. Thanks again for the welcome, and if there is anything I can help you out with please feel free to contact me.

@Minh L. Never stop to think about it like that, does give it a new perspective. Although my kids have been a large part of my motivation(to us all lol) and considering their future does make one pause. Thanks again, I really needed that.

@Minh L.                    Thanks for the welcome and the encouraging words. Until I get that "luck-ortunity", I will continue with this site that has given me lots of useful info.  Although I'm a little leery of flat out approaching people, I guess I'm finding hard to belive people would help out someone who is potentially a competitor, maybe I'm not seeing it right, lol

@Dmitriy Forichenko Thank you for the welcome and information. I have been reviewing the Beginner’s Guide a couple of times and plan to again, it has been very helpful. As well as the videos on youtube. Just started on the podcast, have a ways to go on them yet, lol.

I was unaware of he alerts though and will be addressing them soon, thanks.  Ironically I am well versed in computers and have been a long time internet user, I do have to admit I haven't used forums that much. Oh, one thing though, where did you go to change the header at the bottom of your posts?
