Contact a Real Estate attorney. Always smart to spend a little bit of $$ and do it right! Will save you money in the long run! Additionally, it is good to start establishing those relationships with title companies and lawyers. - might be able to find a recommendation through someone on this website, too.

Has anybody here been putting bandit signs out around Nashville TN? Do they enforce their codes and track you down when they find your signs?

I haven't done this for a long time and have just joined this site, but in the past I had gone to my local tax assessor with specifics that I was looking for. There was a fee involved, but it was reasonable and I was able to be very specific - ex: multi-family owner out of state.
