@Simon Ashbaugh I won't have numbers until the time offering. I have a great idea of what our projected ROI will be but still waiting on some finishing touches to make sure I get the project where I want it.

When raising capitol for your bigger projects what has been your best avenues for private money? I'm currently working on a multifamily complex and looking to raise $15,000,000.

I have previously only done production building, custom home builds, and flips but have always financed projects with my own capitol and am just in the position to take my company to the next level. Thank you for any advice given!

@Scott Mac when we do anything over a 100 yard pour on slabs such as apartment condos or townhomes our inspector is on site to slump test to sign off on all loads. I'm actually a 4th generation concrete guy by trade before in started in production building. my dad owned a concrete company for 40 years and we did mostly all flat work.

@Scott Mac well on most monolithic pours that we do up here our slabs are poured around a 5-6" slump

@Scott Mac  trades aren't a problem I have construction company doing custom builds so all trades are taken care off. depending on design that the design firm will come up with will determine our material and may have to adjust for timing but as of late most material is getting easier to get compared to last year.
