@Jason Hirko I have 145,000 in the 30 acres and new home after closing cost.  The property appraised for 252,000 so I am putting my equity at somewhere around 85,000. Is this a correct assessment?

I am just now closing on my personal home.  I built it myself and have about 85,000 in equity in the home. My questions are;

• Is it a wise move to use the equity I have for investments.

• How do I access the equity for investing.

I don't have any useful knowledge to help you but I do have some questions about your 4-plex acquisition.  I am waiting on a call to go look at a 4-plex myself and would love any advice you'd be willing to give.  This will be my first deal and don't wanna make any big boo boos.

I think that is what he means when he says that.  I am currently contributing 12% into my 401k with the company match being 4% after me contributing 6%.  Would I  be making a wise move by dropping back to 6% and using the extra 6% of incom to put towards RE investing.

I am really curious to get some advice from you guys on this subject.  Grant Cardone says get your money out of it cause it is a scam.   This is all he really says about it though and after searching the internet I can not find solid evidence either way.

Braden I'm curious how the storage facility is working out.  I have a couple  in my area (lake Eufaula area) for sale and am curious to here what an investor who has them could tell me about them.

No Loch, no one has told me to call a broker specifically. My terminology is more than likely wrong.  I am calling Real estate agents.
