The seller has a property they want to sell

• Seller enters into an agreement to utilize our program

• Investor places a sign in the yard that reads For sale by owner, Financing Available, specific website with your property address

• Potential buyers go to the site, fill out the form and it is sent immediately to our banker

• Banker analyzes the potential buyers

• Best buyer is chosen and they enter into a purchase agreement with seller

• Buyer begins providing necessary paperwork to bank.

• Closing is arranged and seller goes to closing table, selling the property for 100% of the appraised value.

* A 5% fee is charged at closing....then you move onto your next house.
