Regarding corporations, Biden will increase taxes, increase regulation, and pile on the labor laws. Companies will move jobs and production back overseas and maybe their own HQ. HP, Tesla, and Oracle tired of all of the above in Calif. and moved to Texas. Dependent on how crazy it gets, we may well see companies move themselves to Ireland, Belize, etc. Nothing is more mobile than money.

Not much wisdom, just old. Questions:

Schedule of fees, monthly maintenance, bill pay, wire fees etc.

References - give me 3 businesses to talk to who are your customers - they may balk at this claiming privilege.

Do you work with the SBA. Even if you don't want an SBA Loan, indicative of a bank that really does work with small business.

Google bank interview questions.

I use good size regional banks -Synovus and SunTrust. They are small enough to pay some attention to you but offer ACH and Intl. wires. Interview a few to see who WANTS your business. I would stay away from B of A, Citi, and Chase. Good for credit cards but other than that way too big.

I've had several notes with them and would rate them above average.

You will find that they will "print" your payment on Sat./Sun. then at best pay it on Monday. They all work on the float but these guys are masters at it.

Talked with them. Got the feeling it was a friends and family group. Not bad but also thought 8% was big doings.

I'm not nearly as invested as Mack above but would heed his advice. There was a recent article about the most rat-infested city and, although Chicago topped the list, Minneapolis was close behind. Unfortunately, politics permeates everything we do, and would stay away from any of the riot cities for the time being.

Does anyone have experience with this group? If yes, what?

I'm clearly in the minority so y'all go all in for Hapeville. Oh by the way, a little late nite reading:

It has been a while since I lived in the area and have to say that near the airport was not one of my favorite parts of Atlanta. I would definitely stay away from Clayton County. We use to say that all the nut cases congregated there and know at one point the school district lost its accreditation which did a number on property value.
