@Bryden Rosenburgh out of curiosity what city is this property in?

Hello- general question regarding the area. 

Anyone farmiliar and have invested in the area? I see that rents are not that strong and and prices are decently high due to the easy commute to NY. 

Anyone have predictions on the future apreciation of the properties and new comercial developments in the area?

No I did not persue this property. In looking at this topic further, i was informed that the city needs to keep a certain amount of streeet parking on the street, and every other house has a drive way assigned. Did not want to go with the hassle of persuing

thoughts on how to assess safety? I been around JC area- solid place. However as I drive further south, it does get a little dicey.  Im all for a solid value investment but not so sure i would be ok with getting haggled on my way to the NJ transit
