I have few MF homes on my personal names and I would like to move them to LLC or Trust. I need help from the pros to find out the best and easy way to transfer through QC Deed. Should I tranfer in a LLC or land trust. If land trust connected to LLC what is the best way to create a Trust and which one?

I have done about 10 of the 1031 exchages in the past at the personal name and ssn. Is it possible to do the 1031 exchage for LLC and INC too?

I would like to transfer my personal portfolio to the LLC or INC and then keep doing this. Is there a easy way to transfer propertys to the LLC from my own name and how do I get my money invested on these propertys back to my personal account from LLC account?

Is there a tool available to track each and every expense we do during the rehab of property? I am having hard time to keep track of multiple rehab's which are going on simultaneously. What is the best way to keep them  apart and update on daily basis ?  

I have created a portfolio of 5 MF homes near the PC area and rented out all units with great tenets. The only catch is how you select and screen your tenets. If you find good tenets you will be good on West side too. The other key part is always try to get property near the public transportation so tenants can commute easily to there work place. I am still doing my IT full time job and managing these property's.
