looking in houston tx for a good Rental property with low HOA,tax, Etc at good rent rates. Anyone got some LEDs?

@Subbie Kaur: Thanks for your input and my strategy is to buy low and sell High, with that said I am in the beginning stages of investing and have a limited knowledge of the inner workings of Taxation Corporation structure so on and so on and I'm sure there will be some bumps along the way but to make a long story short my strategy is simple to make money honestly and legally regardless the end of the day make money

Can someone still obtain a realtor's license in Texas  with having a  misdemeanor domestic assault charge on the record and the offense  occurred  almost 15 years ago ?

Is legalzoom or INKFILE a Good way to start a LLC?

I truly appreciate everybody's feedback ,and all the grate advice but I thank my question is should and can I wholesale without a license in Texas, I guess I should have been a little more clear in my question earlier.
