I have a family member that got the iflip Realty investment program by Cameron Dunlap and would like me to invest with him in the wholesaleing properties.now i have a large sum of money that I can put in to the LLC he has created and became a partner but I know nothing about buying and flipping houses. Now I have been in HVAC for 30yrs and before that i was a subcontractor for a number of years so i do have experience in construction remodeling and other aspects of home Maintenance to bring to the table besides my money.i just would like to know if anyone knows about this guy and how useful and accurate his programs are?
