I am new to investing in the Des Moines, IA area and I am looking for an agent to help in property search.  I hope to flip 3-5 properties next year and even more the following year.  I would love to find someone who would be interested in a long term working relationship that would be beneficial to both of us.  References would be appreciated if you know a realtor that works with investors in this area.

Chase, can you recommend any investor friendly agents in Des Moines?

I am teally new to this but my initial thoughts are residential flip and wholesale to start and once I'm more comfortable maybe branch out into some more passive income rentals.

I attended the three day Fortune Builders seminar but am just not ready to spend the $20k+ they are asking for.  Just looking to get some more information and see how hard it will be to begin investing without having the support Fortune Builders provides.
