Claudia - I faced a similar situation few years ago with a new construction purchase (unable to get in touch with PM for updates, no lease after 3 months, etc). I was able to get it rented in a month after switching PM companies. Send me a connect request and I can share more details if you'd like.

@Ashish Yadav carefully read and re-read what @Lucia Rushton has posted all very valid advice. Even if you sign it make sure you have an option period to do a 3rd party home inspection that allows you to get out of the contract if needed considering the age of the home and not knowing exactly what the turnkey operator has fixed. I am surprised you found an OOS Texas turnkey that cash flows after accounting for our property taxes and insurance, repairs, PM fees, vacancy, etc.
Good luck!

@Deepak Kumar "no involvement from my side" is a pipe dream. You will need to manage the PM, to an extent, regardless of who you choose.
