@Ashish Yadav carefully read and re-read what @Lucia Rushton has posted all very valid advice. Even if you sign it make sure you have an option period to do a 3rd party home inspection that allows you to get out of the contract if needed considering the age of the home and not knowing exactly what the turnkey operator has fixed. I am surprised you found an OOS Texas turnkey that cash flows after accounting for our property taxes and insurance, repairs, PM fees, vacancy, etc.

@Deepak Kumar "no involvement from my side" is a pipe dream. You will need to manage the PM, to an extent, regardless of who you choose.
