@Patrick Thomas Dickinson I will keep it. I live in Brentwood and bought my Primary in 2013, since then prices have doubled. Secondly, with the whole COVID thing and companies allowing remote work, a lot of tech folks have moved from South Bay here.  Getting a good tenant will not be an issue.

You should ask.If they are permitted you will need to know all the fees that are paid or not paid like school, utilities permit etc. etc.

 But still continues to grow.

@Zeeshan Anwar Welcome to BiggerPockets. I know couple of folks in Bay Area who invest in multifamily with all cash for the same reason. I think one of them was on BP Podcast as well.  We also do all cash deals as some of our investors want to avoid interest in any form or shape but I am in Single Family space. So, it is possible and people are doing it. It just takes time to find deals where numbers work.
