@Aretha Wallace how much was the total commission that you paid ? And also how long was the holding period . Looks like your sale cost is close to ~ 4.6%.

@Sean Daugherty , some banks/credit unions will lend upto 90% on primary. You just have to do some research as to which one in your doing 90%.
