Is there a easy way to find out all the agents name in a particular city that they have current active/pending listings. e.g I want to know the names of all the agents who have active/pending listings in Concord, CA ?

I just signed up for Pro account last week. I have not used any of the pro features yet but I think the best feature is the ability to post in BP Marketplace. Since I am not a RE agent I have used Redfin to evaluate and find all my deals but I use agent that I work with to submit offers for me. You are correct on pocket listing for that you have to network with agents.

I have used Granite Expo in Oakland couple of times for Cabinets and Counter tops. They have flooring and some other stuff also available. 

The other option that you can use for (Flooring, Lights, Appliances etc.) is charge on a HD or Lowes Card if you have one. You get additional discount plus a 6 month no-interest payment.

Also for appliances I have heard that Airport Home Appliance have some competitive prices.

Have you looked in areas like Bay Point, Pittsburg, Concord, Rodeo (East Bay). You can get property easily in that range (200K -300K).
