I am a new investor from the Melbourne, Fl area. I am having a difficult time finding good deals in the area. How do you go about finding leads?

I am new to real estate investing. I am looking at fix and flips, whole sale, buy and hold and HUD. I am having a difficult time finding leads at this time. Could use some advice.

I am reading and trying to educate myself and intend to join the local CFREI.

Ayana, I have been attempting to find a local CFREI - found the one in Orlando but it is a little far away. They seem to have good topics. I will look at "meet up" more closely and plan to join a local site.

 I have signed up for a couple of webinars.

Priscilla, I am focusing on flipping, wholesale and rentals. I eventually would like to get involved with HUD homes, as well.

Charles and Sue, I am really trying to get a grasp on the flipping aspect. I have put in 2 bids so far - without success. ....
