After having been in BP about a month and AFTER I just bought my first SFR last year, I feel like I was on the correct course towards my first REI. Great feeling for sure.
That being said I have discovered a wealth of info and resources on BP that will help me towards potential future purchases and mgmt of my property.

Hi @Perry Z. I live in the SF Bay Area and just bought my very first rental property in Sparks 7 months ago. Like you I never thought much about Reno area until I started hearing murmurs of its expansion aspirations. Like others have mentioned area is already attracting a bunch of companies from many different industry sectors.

Hi @Ly Ma, I just purchased my first rental property in Sparks 7 months ago and already cashflow-ing. My PM (from Chase Intl) found a tenant in 2 weeks. So far I'm happy with my investment as well as the PM (RE referral) who really handles the "landlord-ing". My SFH property was > $300k. Best of luck to you.
